Today’s top 5 is in honour of freedom – freedom of speech, freedom of thought and freedom of writing and reading. We have all witnessed the renewed interest for books like 1984 since the inauguration of the 45th president of the USA and I wanted to stress the importance of the fact that we are able to read everything we want and use that to express ourselves and to protest. The Art of Reading Diversely

Reading is my comfort zone. Literally. I can – oh heaven divine! – zone out completely while reading a book. Give me a story and a place to sit down, be it during a train journey or at home, and I’m lost. It has always been like that. I can still remember my lunch breaks at primary school, when the class room was a jungle of noise and I was curled up in the reading corner or at my table with a book.
